Is It Time To Discard the Dollar?

The last couple of years have taken a toll in this country on both business and consumers. Our fiat currency was designed to allow the Government to run the country with no responsibility strings attached. With the dollar unattached to anything other than a promise, we have become a debt overloaded economy which has avoided using sound economic principles under which to operate. Clever, contemporary mistakes have been employed to try to give credibility to what the Government has decided to do.

Politicians see their primary responsibility as existing to do what they want done. What they want done is to give them the best chance to exist and expand their power to control. Spending money the country does not have is a major aspect of their plans. They tear down our economy and finances to build up the economy and finances. This is done to garner support and votes on a evolving, revolving basis.

The reason they concentrate on manupulating the economy is because the economy is the structure within which people buy and sell. Your buying and selling is what they are bent on controlling. The more control over the dollar they have, the more completely they can control what and how much you buy and sell. Every aspect of enterprise that operates within the system gives them maximum control. We must willingly and perpetually operate within their designed monetary system. Buying and selling is a major player. Trading person to person has little influence from the fiat system.

Raising cows, sheep, pigs and chickens within the current dollar denominated economic system exposes all of that activity to that system. So does buying and selling within that system. To have control over people, it is necessarily important that everyone buys and sells their food through that system. Unfortunately, our destroyed dollar is the central exchange tool used. Our terribly inflated dollar makes me pay more for feed, animals, supplies and tools. When you use that same dollar system you end up paying more for the food you desire.

As long as buyers and sellers agree upon a fair exchange of value for the product involved it doesn’t matter what that exchange mechanism is. It could be ground beef and tools between some buyers and sellers and pork chops and a saxophone between others. The buying and selling need not include money but can include other specific items I might like to have. With enough off-system buyers and sellers active, we can avoid the disasterous pitfalls of our dying economy and revolve around a system that still allows me to obrtain other things for which I am working. I could take that saxophone in exchange for my ground beef and trade it for the trombone I really wanted instead.

Not being subject to the manipulation of the political system will likely provide a greater return on our labors and goods we supply. Since the system is manipulated to be unfair and to give advantage to the politician who designed it, avoiding that system will likely benefit those who work within their own agreed upon system with others.

Buying and selling using dollars is currently easy but it is fast breaking our economy and all of us along with it. If we can find others who are being injured by our system and want to explore a relief to it, we may be able to buy and sell with less loss and more benefit. It is well worth considering because our money is used against us for the benefit of others. That doesn’t make much sense to continue in that arrangement.
